"I affirm that I am using this service to seek a life partner for a Biblical, Christ-centered marriage—not for casual dating, entertainment, or social networking. I understand that this platform is focused on intentional, spiritually-grounded relationships rooted in shared faith, values, and vision".

By submitting this form, you affirm your intent to pursue marriage as stated above.

📖 STATEMENT OF FAITH

This service serves Christians who affirm the following Biblical truths:

• God’s Word: The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
• The Trinity: One God in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Salvation: Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by grace through faith.
• Marriage: Defined as a covenant between one biological man and one biological woman.

A Lasting Tie matches only one biological man with one biological woman, in accordance with Biblical principles as affirmed in our Statement of Faith. All matching processes are prayerfully guided by this conviction. We do not offer matches outside of this framework. • You are currently single and free to marry under U.S. law and Biblical principles.
• You are not in a romantic relationship or civil union at the time of submitting this form.
• You are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

If it is determined that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to discontinue services without refund.

A Lasting Tie is available exclusively to individuals who reside in the United States. By signing this Letter of Intent, you affirm that you are a U.S. resident. If it is determined that you are not a U.S. resident, we reserve the right to discontinue services without refund.

🧭 PROCESS OVERVIEW

1. Submit Your Interest

Note: Submissions open on September 5, 2025. We’d love for you to check back then to begin your journey!

Complete the brief form on our website. This provides a high-level understanding of who you are, your background, and what you’re seeking.

2. Screen for Compatibility

If we believe we can serve you well, you’ll be invited to a free video consultation. These sessions may be split if needed, ensuring we cover every important aspect of your journey. During this time, we’ll explore your spiritual walk, relationship history, lifestyle, and relationship expectations in greater depth.

For mutual protection, all consultations are recorded and securely stored via Google Meet. By signing this Letter of Intent, you expressly consent to audio and/or video recording of your consultation. Recordings will not be shared outside legal requirements.

3. Confirm the Match

When a potential match becomes available, the matchmaker will schedule individual conversations with each person to confirm mutual interest. If either party chooses not to proceed, the match will be set aside with grace and prayerfully considered for someone else.

4. Make Payment & Schedule Introduction

If both individuals choose to move forward, a one-time fee of $2,500 is due before the official introduction is made. Once payment is received, matchmaker will personally arrange and facilitate your introduction, ensuring it’s handled with care and intentionality. Matchmaker's role concludes once both clients (and their families or spiritual authorities) agree to meet.

Please note: This is a spiritually discerning and relational process. Matches may not be immediate, and patience is encouraged.

💳 PAYMENT COMMITMENT

You understand that:

• The initial consultation is complimentary and does not obligate you to proceed.
• A one-time fee of $2,500 is only due after both individuals confirm interest in meeting and wish to proceed with an official introduction.
• All payments are non-refundable upon receipt, due to the personalized, high-touch, and time-intensive nature of the service. This applies whether or not the relationship continues beyond the introduction.

💬 MATCH INFORMATION SHARING

You consent that the following limited information may be shared with a prospective match:

• A still screenshot taken during the video consultation (used solely for matching purposes and not shared publicly).
• Age or age range
• General location (city/state)
• Profession or vocation
• Compatibility highlights (e.g., shared values, lifestyle, faith alignment)

No contact information or personally identifiable data will be shared without mutual consent.

💻 TECH STACK & SECURITY NOTICE

A Lasting Tie uses Tilda and Google Workspace apps to collect, store, and manage application data and client interactions. Your information is retained securely and used only for evaluating and creating potential matches in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

📁 PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

You acknowledge that all personal information will be handled securely and confidentially. Any notes, forms, or consultation data will not be shared outside of legal requirements or your explicit consent.

You also agree not to disclose, misuse, or share any personal information about other clients you may be introduced to through this service.

You may request deletion of your personal data—including any information submitted through intake forms or consultation notes—by emailing contact@alastingtie.com with your full name and the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Requests will be honored within 10 business days unless retention is legally required.

📁DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal information—including intake forms, consultation notes, and recorded consultations—will be retained for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of your last interaction with A Lasting Tie, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you have an active matching process in progress. After this period, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

⚖️ DISCLAIMERS

You understand that matchmaking is a subjective, human-guided process and that outcomes such as connection, chemistry, or marriage cannot be guaranteed.

A Lasting Tie reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated or if continued participation compromises the integrity of the service. Please read the full list of disclaimers in the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with any paid services.

🚫 TRUTHFULNESS & REPRESENTATION

By submitting this form, you affirm that the information you’ve provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Intentional misrepresentation—whether regarding marital status, age, lifestyle, or beliefs—may result in immediate termination without refund.

💒 SPIRITUAL ACCOUNTABILITY

We encourage you to walk through this journey with the wisdom of trusted spiritual mentors, family members, or church leaders. Their counsel can offer clarity, protection, and prayerful support throughout the discernment process.

⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that A Lasting Tie, its founder, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in this service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reputational harm, or relationship outcomes. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

⚖️WAIVER OF CLAIMS

"I understand that I am responsible for my own decisions throughout this process. I waive any right to make claims against A Lasting Tie or its affiliates for dissatisfaction with any match, lack of match, or relationship outcome."

By signing this document, you agree to the waiver of claims stated above.

By signing this Agreement of Understanding, I affirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old
• I am a U.S. resident
• I acknowledge that I have read and agree with the Statement of Faith included in this Letter of Intent and confirm that my values and relationship goals align with its principles.
• I understand the service process, payment expectations, and data practices
• I am pursuing this process with honesty and spiritual maturity
• I understand that the matchmaker’s role concludes once both parties and their families or spiritual authorities agree to meet. From that point forward, the relationship continues without the involvement of A Lasting Tie.

This Agreement of Understanding reflects a shared commitment to a thoughtful, prayer-led matchmaking process.
